Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of your estimated total bill is required to secure your pet’s stay. Please read the following for a full understanding of our refund policies:

This policy is in place to ensure that we’re able to accommodate as many furry guests as our facility permits; especially during peak holiday times when this is increasingly challenging.

In the past, we’ve simply experienced too many last-minute cancellations that have ultimately left a valuable suite empty, and sadly, has also left other pet parents without their much-needed reservation.

If you do need to cancel a reservation for any reason, you will receive a full “no questions asked” refund, permitted you provided us with a minimum 5 day advance notice prior to your arrival date.

If you need to cancel within 3-4 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will simply remain on your account for future use.

However, if you must cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, your deposit does become non-refundable.
