Client Concierge (Phone Sales & Reservations)

What you’ll do
- Answer inbound calls promptly and warmly; be the first voice clients hear
- Consultative phone sales: explain lodging, daycare, and grooming options; recommend add-ons
- Create accurate reservations; verify vaccines/medical records; document clear notes
- Follow up on leads/voicemails; support call productivity and conversion goals
- Collaborate with front desk, daycare, lodging, and grooming to keep pets on schedule
What we’re looking for
- Confident, upbeat phone presence with professional communication
- Fast and accurate computer skills; type notes while speaking
- Calm under pressure; solutions-focused and comfortable discussing pricing/options
- Comfortable around dogs/cats; safety-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have: Inside sales, reservations, vet/kennel, or call-center experience

- Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/wk); part-time considered
