Dog Daycare Attendant / Group Play Supervisor

- Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/wk)
- Weekend & holiday rotation
- Up to $15/hr DOE
- On-site • Waterville, OH
What you’ll do
- Supervise off-leash group play with safe size/temperament groupings
- Read canine body language; proactively prevent and de-escalate scuffles
- Run rotations, enrichment, and potty breaks; track attendance and notes
- Perform light cleaning/sanitation to maintain a healthy play environment
- Communicate clearly with front desk/grooming/lodging to keep pets on schedule
What we’re looking for
- Confident multi-dog handler with strong situational awareness
- Calm under pressure; consistent, clear communicator
- Safety-first mindset; follows procedures and documents incidents accurately
- Basic computer skills for logs/notes; professional with pet parents
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods, leash-walk dogs, bend/stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to have: Daycare, shelter, training, or veterinary experience
Hours & availability
- Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/wk); part-time considered
- Rotating schedule includes weekends & holidays
