Kennel Attendant / Pet Care Specialist

- Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/wk)
- Weekend & holiday rotation
- Up to $15/hr DOE
- On-site • Waterville, OH
What you’ll do
- Provide daily care for canine/feline guests: feed, water, administer meds per instructions; log all care
- Clean and sanitize suites, runs, and common areas to standards
- Deliver enrichment, exercise, potty breaks, and scheduled activities
- Observe behavior and wellness; escalate concerns promptly
- Coordinate with front desk, daycare, and grooming teams to keep pets on schedule
What we’re looking for
- Dependable, detail-oriented professional with a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable working around dogs/cats of all sizes and temperaments
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods, leash-walk dogs, bend/stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear communicator; basic computer skills for notes/logs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have: Prior kennel, shelter, or veterinary experience
Hours & availability
- Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/wk); part-time considered
- Rotating schedule includes weekends & holidays
