We offer four tiers, from a quick bath to a full breed-specific cut — see the at-a-glance matrix above. Basic Bath: bath, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning — no trim-up or clipper/scissor work. Premium Bath: everything in Basic Bath plus an optional trim-up (feet, sanitary area, feathering touch-up). Basic Grooming: includes a trim-up plus light clipper/scissor work. Premium Grooming: our full-service package with complete clipper/scissor work and a breed-specific or custom haircut, plus de-shedding treatment. All four include a matting and skin check.
Yes — grooming is a popular add-on to both boarding stays and daycare days. A bath & brush, nail trim, or full groom can be scheduled for departure day so your dog goes home looking and smelling great. Just mention it when you make your reservation.
Yes. Our groomers are experienced with matting, sensitive skin, and anxious dogs. We take a gentle, patient approach and will always discuss the safest option with you before proceeding — including a humane shave-down if matting is severe and de-matting would cause discomfort.
Our Basic Bath and Premium Bath packages are built exactly for this — both include a full bath, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning with no clipper or scissor work. Premium Bath adds the option of a light trim-up (feet, sanitary area, feathering touch-up) if you’d like a slightly tidier finish without a full groom.
