At Karnik On Black, we know that even with the best care and planning, unexpected things can happen. That’s why we’ve created the Healthy Pet Program—an added layer of protection that gives you peace of mind when your pet is in our care.

This program is especially valuable for first-time guests, where a new environment or routine can occasionally lead to unexpected issues. If your pet experiences an illness or injury related to their visit, we’ve got your back.

What’s Covered?

All guests in our care are automatically enrolled in the Healthy Pet Program.

Important: As of October 2017, both Bordetella and Canine Influenza (CIV) vaccines are required.

If Something Happens...

We care deeply about every pet who walks through our doors. If something doesn’t seem right after your pet’s visit, please reach out to us first—we’re here to help and can often come to a fast and fair resolution.

Before we can process any reimbursement, we ask that you:

We’re more than willing to reimburse qualified expenses—but it’s important that we have the opportunity to discuss the case with your veterinary provider.

* We respectfully ask for up to 3 business days to respond to your initial inquiry so we can fully review the matter and speak with your vet before providing an update.

* Karnik On Black reserves the right to deny any Healthy Pet Program reimbursement claim based on the circumstances of the incident, lack of documentation, or failure to meet the eligibility guidelines outlined above.
