Customer Experience Associate (CSR)

Job Description
This position supports the company by offering a complete customer experience for all pet parents, including being the first point of contact for customer reservations, front desk reception, customer concerns and cash handling. Customer Experience Associates will obtain special pet handling requirements and make sure medical records are accurate and up to date. Pet Lodging & Activities Attendant (Kennel)

Job Description
This position supports the company through the Pet Lodge & Activities functions, assuring that every guest has a quality experience and receives the quality care, scheduled activities, & proper attention during his/her stay at the lodge. Â Attendants ensure that food, water, medications, and treats are given regularly. Â In addition, all guests' areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Â Attendants also ensure that animal guests receive appropriate scheduled activities, exercise, and potty breaks.

Our bathers are the cornerstones of our premier pet spa facility.  This position supports the company through the bathing & grooming functions, assuring that our guests have a quality “spa experience” by receiving a luxurious bath or trim during his/her stay at the lodge. Responsibilities include thorough bathing, brushing, and drying of all breeds and coat types, trimming nails, and cleaning ears.  New to Karnik, our groomers will expand upon our current spa offerings by providing trims, cuts, and styling options to our pet-parents. All grooming applicants must provide a proven knowledge, past experience, an earned skill-set, or certified training qualifications in order to be considered.

Job Description
The Sales & Reservations Specialist position requires a positive and enthusiastic personality. If you have excellent customer service skills and an upbeat ‘phone voice,’ this could be the position for you!  As the Sales & Reservations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for all new & existing clients who place a phone call to Karnik. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer understands all of the “special ingredients” that makes Karnik the perfect home-away-from-home for their pet.  It will be your responsibility to guide each client through the reservations process for their pet while providing the many options we offer to ensure their pet’s stay is the best it can be.
Ability to make and answer phone calls with a consistently positive demeanor, detail-oriented, team-player mentality, and ability to multi-task is a requirement. Must be able to successfully navigate around a computer/internet environment.
Previous customer service and/or sales experience and a passion for pets is preferred.

Job Description
A Volunteer with The Karnik On Black Team first requires a positive and enthusiastic personality.   Our volunteers support the company through a variety of functions, including the support of Pet Lodge & Activities functions, Pet Spa functions, Customer Experience functions, Marketing functions, and Campus Caretaker functions. From beginner dog knowledge, breed identification, basic pet health care, and dog behavior to caring for our beautiful 4-acre canine campus, planting & watering flowers, mulching, & pulling weeds, our volunteers truly assist the entire KOB team. Volunteers will receive an introduction to basic business principles and are encouraged to support our team throughout the community. Our volunteers make certain that every guest truly “feels” that quality canine experience.

New to Karnik (and as we prepare for new and exciting things to come), this position will support the company and the entire team through the daily care, routine maintenance, and management of our facilities, grounds, and professional equipment. As we grow and develop our campus setting, the K9 Campus Caretaker will be instrumental in ensuring that our pet-parent’s first impressions of Karnik are awesome while also ensuring that Team Karnik always has the best, well-maintained, professional gear to assist in providing the best pet care possible. A K9 Campus Caretaker applicant must provide a proven knowledge, past experience, an earned skill-set, or certified training qualifications in order to be considered for such a specified position.

This position will assure that every training guest has a quality experience through a well organized, structured, and controlled training environment. Our K9 Coaches will ensure that our canine guests receive the appropriate level of training requested to achieve the desired results of our pet-parents. Our training programs will be custom tailored with clear, realistic goals communicated and agreed upon between the Karnik Team and our pet-parents.
